All you need is your driver’s license and credit card. Download the ReachNow App, scan your driver’s license and enter your info. Most ReachNow members are approved and can get behind the wheel in just minutes.

CARS TO MEET YOUR NEEDS
Choose from different models depending on your needs and mood. Our vehicles, including the electric BMW i3, BMW 3 Series, BMW X1 Sports Activity Vehicles, and MINIs have room for 5, heated seats, and all-wheel drive giving you comfort and safety.

How it Works
- Find a car using the ReachNow App (or just grab one spontaneously off the street).
- Select a car and hit ‘Reserve’ to reserve it for up to 30 minutes, free of charge.
- Unlock your vehicle using your App or Member Key card.
- Once inside, enter your PIN using the controller between the seats.
- Press down on the brake and start the engine.
- When you no longer need the vehicle, park it in a space permitted by our city-specific guidelines and exit the vehicle.
- Lock the car with your App or Member Key card. You’ll know that your reservation has ended when the light on the windshield turns green.
