How it Works
- Use the ReachNow app to find a car near you
- Select the car you want and hit ‘Reserve’ to reserve it for up to 30 minutes, free of charge.
- Unlock the car using your App or Member Key card.
- Once inside, enter your PIN using the controller between the seats.
- Press down on the brake and start the engine.
- When you no longer need the car, park in a space permitted by our city-specific guidelines.
- Lock the car with your App or Member Key card. You’ll know that your reservation has ended when the light on the windshield turns green.
